You can choose from two very versatile design plans.

OPTION 1 (TOWER+accessories)(starting at $2500)

This option includes

1)a large and very sturdy 5ft x 5ft deck so your kids will have plenty of room to move around

2) 14′ swing beam with 3 swings which means in addition to 3 swings there will be about 4 extra feet that extend past the A- frame for another accessory, like another swing, trapeze bar, tire swing, etc.

3) 9 ft slide

4) a very sturdy 5 ft. rock wall with rope

5) ladder

6) your choice of a top of the line Sunbrella canopy, of which most colors are available or a wood roof.

7) All climbing accessories(rock wall, ladder, etc) will come with two handles. Our playsets will also come with 2 accessories like a telephone, binoculars, telescope, or a tic-tac-toe. There are other accessories available.

Rock wall and ladder can be swapped out for different accessories like monkey bars, a zip line, a terrace, or larger deck for no extra cost. Just let us know if you would like something else.

Placement of accessories can vary also. So if it makes more sense to put the swings on the right or the rock wall on the front, etc. we will do whatever works best for your yard

Our playsets are designed for add-ons, so if you would like anything in addition to what is mentioned above, we can do that. Add-ons will typically range from $100-$400 depending on size. There are some examples below but there is no limit to what we can build. If you have a unique idea, let us know and we will include it.

Our playsets can be designed however you and your kids want. If you have an idea, let us know. We can build any size with any features you want. If you can think it up, we will build it.

Features/Add-Ons

Terrace(s) – create more space by adding additional deck space. We can build them any size and can incorporate it in any direction, at any height.

Monkey bars -any size, height, width, location

Slide(s) – as many as you want

Tube slide(s)

Swings– all playsets will come with a swing section. They will have three swings(or whatever accessory you have or want). Many accessories are available (gliders, baby swings, stand up swings, trapeze bars, etc.)We always leave a ~3 foot extension so you can add to it with whatever you want whenever you want

Rock Wall(s) – rock walls can be built any size and you can have as many as it is safe to mount them. They can be integrated however you want ( on the exterior or interior of the frame, vertical or horizontal- whatever you want)

Ladder(s) – any size and integration

Wood roof(s) or canopy(s)– choose between a wood roof or high quality canopy that comes in many colors

Picnic table– integrated into the playset or built seperately

Catwalk(s)– connect two or more towers with a catwalk.

The sky is the limit when comes to add ons. If you can come up with something that can be safely built and added, we will be more than happy to build it.

OPTION 2 FULLY CUSTOMIZED

This is where you and your kids can be the designer and come up with whatever you want. As long as it can be safely designed, we will make it happen. Choose from our add-ons or come up with something of your own. We will walk you through every decision to make sure that features can be incorporated safely. Via phone consultation we will together come up with a fully customized design that fits your yard and what you and your kids want. This means you can choose the deck size, number of decks and any and as many add-ons as you want. The sky is the limit here.
