First of all, thank you for checking out our website. If you’re looking for a high quality, long lasting playset that you will be comfortable with your kids playing on day after day, summer after summer, you have come to the right place.
Midwest Playsets is based out of northern Illinois. We build in most of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa and Ohio. Between my coworker and I, we have built hundreds of playsets and still thoroughly enjoy designing and building.
To us, a playset is much more than a wooden structure. It is an integral part of your childrens’ growing up. It is a place where they can unwind and have as much fun as they want. Their imaginations can come to life as they get plenty of exercise and build their social skills as they learn to work together, share, learn what is safe and what isn’t so safe and most of all, have fun with family and friends.
We strive to make each playset unique and in a way that will keep your children engaged for hours on end and provide endless fun and challenges for them.

As far as we are concerned, only two things matter when building something that will be used day in and day out. Number one is quality. I can’t stress enough that we strive to build the strongest, most fun playsets out there. We do not cut corners in our designs or building and we only use materials that are rated far past the industry standard. We take customer service just as seriously. We will walk you through every step of the process from the first phone call to the completion of the build. You can be as involved in the design process as you want and we will make sure that we are always on the same page until it is built.
With our playsets, you won’t have to worry about your playset shaking and creaking. You won’t have to worry about boards breaking or accessories falling off. Quality is truly our #1 priority and we strive to only use materials that we know will withstand the day-to-day use of your playset. We design our playsets thoughtfully to maximize efficiency and eliminate any possible dangers. And in the event that something ever does need replacing we will promptly fix the problem with no hassle.

WHY CHOOSE US ?
When it comes to playsets, the quality is only as good as the materials that you use. Our number one priority is to build you a playset that will last for many, many years. We only use true dimensional lumber(2x’s and 4x’s) so you can be confident that your kids will be playing on a strong, sturdy structure. Joints are made with 1/2 inch hardware to withstand the day-to-day use of the playset. All accessories( monkey bars, swings, rocks, etc.) are rated far past the industry standard for weight and working load.
Our playsets are also fully customizable so you don’t have to be stuck with a design that your children will grow out of, get bored with or that doesn’t fit your yard. You can be as involved in the design process as you want. You tell us the size and what features you want and we will design it to be functionally and structurally sound. Any ideas are welcome. If you or your children come up with an idea, let us know and we will make it happen. Your playset is only limited to your imagination.
